Can I record a meeting in the same room?

Yes. Press Record; your laptop microphone captures the room. No meeting link or bot needed. You can capture your screen too. Let everyone know you’re recording.

Can I summarise a YouTube video or a long recording?

Yes. Record a video playing on your computer or import a file. Transcription runs locally; your chosen AI summarises and answers questions. YouTube URL import isn’t supported.

Does a bot have to join my meetings?

No. Record locally without a bot, or send the bot to Google Meet. Let participants know you’re recording.

Can I ask about more than one meeting?

Yes. Ask across summarised meetings or about one call. Answers link back to their sources.

What can I share with someone else?

Copy, export or link to a summary. Anyone with the link can read it until you revoke it. Transcripts, audio and video stay unshared.

Can my whole team use it?

Yes. Each person installs Clario and signs in with their own Google account, and each library stays on its owner’s computer. There is no team admin console.
